These terms cover personalized books you buy from ZedaraGallery on Etsy. Etsy's own terms and Etsy Purchase Protection also apply to your order.

Made just for you

Made just for you: each book is personalized and printed on demand, so we can't accept returns or cancellations once your book has started being made. If your book arrives damaged or misprinted, or never arrives, message us within 30 days with a photo and we'll reprint it for free.

Your preview and 2 free page fixes

Before we print, you see your whole book on our order page. You can approve it, or ask for a fix on any page and tell us what is wrong. Each book includes 2 free page fixes. Your approval of the preview is our record of the book you asked us to print.

If you don't reply

If you take no action, your book prints as is 3 days after your preview is ready, so it is not held up.

Returns and reprints

Because every book is personalized, there are no returns or exchanges. If your book arrives damaged or misprinted, or never arrives, message us on Etsy within 30 days with a photo and we will reprint it for free.

Your photos

By sending photos you confirm the photo consent you agreed to at checkout: you are 18 or older, you are the parent or legal guardian of every child pictured (or have their parent's permission), and every adult pictured agreed. Please send only photos you have the right to use. How we use and delete them is in our privacy policy.

Who our books are for

Our children's books are ordinary picture books. For ages 4 and up. They are not toys and are not made for babies or toddlers.
